Who We Are

Our team is lean, fast-moving, and highly collaborative, serving as a fractional HR backbone for multiple small-business healthcare clients.
Why This Role Matters

- Recruiting Coordination: Post job ads, manage applicant flow, schedule interviews, and support full-cycle recruiting from screening through offers (client-facing oversight provided).
- HR Process Administration: Maintain HRIS accuracy, update employee files, and handle routine employee inquiries for policy guidance.
- Payroll Support: Coordinate with small-practice payroll systems (Gusto, ADP, Paychex — training available).
- Multi-State HR Policy Alignment: Follow SOPs to assist in policy updates and handbook maintenance for clients in different states.
