Your role is crucial for our growth, because you will:

• Lead our full recruitment lifecycle to find top talent for our team in Mexico.

• Identify high-potential candidates who align with our values and culture.
• Manage approximately six open positions across diverse projects and technical roles.
• Prioritize tasks independently and balance multiple hiring needs at once.
• Collaboration is essential; you will work with our Talent Attraction and Acquisition team to reach collective goals.
• Partner with Employer Branding by providing recruitment data to improve our market presence.
• Work closely with HR BP, Internal Communication and HR Administration teams in terms of hiring & onboarding.
• Focus on candidate experience by building strong relationships and delivering measurable results for our organizational growth.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven solid experience in IT recruitment (over 3 years for Regular, at least 5 years for Senior).
• Advanced sourcing expertise using Boolean search and data-driven methods to identify niche talent.
• Solid understanding of software development roles and the technology ecosystem.
• Mastery of negotiation techniques to handle candidate objections and secure high-quality hires.
• Unwavering commitment to candidate experience and employer branding principles.
• Persistent and goal-oriented mindset to meet recruitment targets in a fast-paced environment.
