- Manage approximately six open positions across diverse projects and technical roles.
- Prioritize tasks independently and balance multiple hiring needs at once.
- Collaboration is essential; you will work with our Talent Attraction and Acquisition team to reach collective goals.
- Partner with Employer Branding by providing recruitment data to improve our market presence.
- Work closely with HR BP, Internal Communication and HR Administration teams in terms of hiring & onboarding.
- Focus on candidate experience by building strong relationships and delivering measurable results for our organizational growth.

- Proven solid experience in IT recruitment (over 3 years for Regular, at least 5 years for Senior).
- Advanced sourcing expertise using Boolean search and data-driven methods to identify niche talent.
- Solid understanding of software development roles and the technology ecosystem.
- Mastery of negotiation techniques to handle candidate objections and secure high-quality hires.
- Unwavering commitment to candidate experience and employer branding principles.
- Persistent and goal-oriented mindset to meet recruitment targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Appetite for continuous professional growth and new industry knowledge.
- Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level for global teamwork.
