Role Overview

We are hiring a Software Developer to build and maintain features across our application stack. The role works on real product problems — writing solid code, shipping regularly, and improving the systems we ship on.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop application features end-to-end, from spec to deployment

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across the stack

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices

- Diagnose and fix bugs reported by users and internal teams

- Collaborate with product and design on technical scoping

- Contribute to documentation and onboarding materials for the codebase

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 2+ years building software in production environments

- Proficiency in at least one modern language (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Go)

- Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows

- Familiarity with relational databases and writing efficient SQL

- Working knowledge of REST APIs and modern web frameworks

- Strong debugging skills and pragmatic approach to trade-offs
