Job Description


Job Title: Associate Brand Manager

Location: Selah, WA (onsite)

A food/beverage client of mine is hiring for an Associate Brand Manager to join their team. Note, this will be an onsite role but relocation assistance can be provided!

Responsibilities:

  • Support brand growth through strong execution, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making

  • Manage and support day-to-day brand initiatives, including product planning, forecasting, and performance analysis

  • Assist with brand financials, including budgets, forecasts, and profit-and-loss statements

  • Contribute to innovation, renovation, and commercialization efforts across the product portfolio

  • Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution

  • Develop clear, concise, and compelling presentations to communicate strategies, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Ability to discuss current consumer products or brands supported

  • Ability to clearly articulate key responsibilities and initiatives in current or prior roles

  • Hands-on experience with product management, forecasting, and P&L ownership

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with advanced PowerPoint proficiency

  • Strong passion for marketing, brand building, and innovation

  • Solid financial acumen, including advanced Excel skills and experience managing product P&Ls

  • Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset

  • Prior experience in food and/or beverage strongly preferred

  • Genuine personal interest in food and related consumer categories

  • Master's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
