Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $55,000 – $85,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.



Role Overview

We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to handle second-line technical support and own systems administration tasks. The role combines hands-on troubleshooting with the discipline to maintain the systems the company runs on.


Key Responsibilities

- Resolve escalated tickets that the help desk couldn't close

- Administer SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Okta)

- Manage device fleet, including provisioning, MDM, and lifecycle

- Implement and maintain identity, access, and basic security controls

- Document procedures and improve IT runbooks

- Partner with security and engineering on systems improvements


Required Skills and Qualifications

- 2+ years in IT support, sysadmin, or similar role

- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and major SaaS platforms

- Experience with MDM tools (Jamf, Kandji, Intune)

- Familiarity with identity providers (Okta, Azure AD)

- Working knowledge of networking, DNS, and basic security principles

- Comfortable scripting in PowerShell, Bash, or Python
