DIGITAL DESIGNER & CREATIVE STRATEGIST | Graphic Design, Paid Ads, Web, EDM, Strategy


We’re looking for a design-led Digital Creative who combines strong visual execution with an eye for what works commercially. This is a hands-on role focused on creating high-quality digital assets, while also contributing to the creative thinking behind campaigns and content performance.


If you’re someone who loves designing, experimenting, and refining creative based on real-world results - this is a great opportunity to blend craft with strategy.


  • Brisbane (open to relocation within Australia)
  • $100k–$130k + super
  • 4+ years in digital design / performance creative
  • Strong skills in motion, paid social, and analysing performance data, ROI, and revenue impact
  • Applications without a portfolio can not be considered

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

This is a hands-on design role where you’ll create engaging digital content across a range of channels, including paid social, email, and website experiences.


You’ll design assets that not only look great but are built with purpose - supporting campaign goals and improving engagement across the customer journey.


Alongside design execution, you’ll bring a creative strategy mindset, using insights from campaign performance (CTR, engagement, conversions) to inform and refine your work over time.


You’ll:

  • Design high-quality digital assets for paid social, email, and web
  • Create motion graphics and video content to enhance campaigns
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to bring campaigns to life visually
  • Contribute ideas to improve messaging, creative direction, and user engagement
  • Iterate on creative based on performance insights and testing
  • Stay up to date with trends, tools, and emerging creative formats


WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Strong digital design experience across social, web, and campaign assets
  • Experience within FMCG / Beauty / Fashion / Lifestyle brands is a must
  • A portfolio showcasing clean, engaging, and conversion-aware design work, particularly within the FMCG space
  • Skills in motion design and video editing
  • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar
  • An understanding of how creative supports marketing performance
  • Ability to work at pace while maintaining quality
  • A proactive mindset - someone who brings ideas, not just execution
