This position is NOT remote. We offer relocation assistance.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high‑performing creative team by building trusted relationships, providing meaningful feedback, and ensuring each team member has the support and development opportunities to succeed
  • Shape and uphold a consistent brand voice and campaign strategy by introducing innovative, non‑traditional ideas that communicate our message in fresh and impactful ways
  • Partner closely with Marketing to deliver creative assets that clearly communicate priorities and resonate with our customers
  • Set strategic creative direction for design, photography, and video – providing clear guidelines that elevate quality and cohesiveness across all work.
  • Improve creative processes and resourcing to drive greater efficiency, scalability, and creative excellence
  • Align creative strategies with company goals and priorities, ensuring projects stay on strategy, on budget, and on time while influencing investment needs to support strong ideas
  • Collaborate with executives and different business groups to solve complex business challenges, balance competing priorities, and deliver innovative solutions for high‑impact initiatives
  • Define success metrics for creative programs and ensure all work adheres to standards, brand voice, and creative strategy
  • Build and manage agency partnerships – setting expectations, negotiating resources, and ensuring external work reflects quality and brand standards


Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience in the industry
  • 3+ years of experience managing a creative team
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design
  • Proven experience in video production
  • Experience working on social and digital platforms
