A highly regarded & award winning boutique design practice in Dubai is seeking a talented and driven Associate Interior Designer to join their growing team. Known for delivering refined, design-led luxury hospitality and residential projects, this studio offers a unique opportunity for a UK-based designer ready to take the next step and build an international career in the Middle East.

This role is ideal for someone currently operating at Senior level and stepping up, or already established as an Associate, who is looking to take on greater responsibility within a dynamic, design-focused environment.

The Role:

You will play a key role in leading projects from concept through to delivery, balancing creative design input with strong technical oversight. Working closely with clients and leading internal teams, you’ll ensure projects are executed to the highest standards while maintaining the studio’s distinct design ethos.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute to the design direction across high-end hospitality and residential projects
• Manage projects through all phases, from concept design to technical delivery and site coordination
• Act as a key client contact, confidently presenting ideas and managing relationships
• Oversee and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers
• Support and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative studio culture
• Ensure design quality, technical accuracy, and timely project delivery

About You:

• Bachelor Degree in Interior Design or Architecture

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in interior design, ideally within luxury hospitality or high-end residential sectors
• Currently a Senior Designer ready to step up or already operating at Associate level
• Top tier design consultancy experience
• Strong balance of creative and technical expertise
• Confident in a client-facing role, with excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate complex projects
• Experience working in the UK market, with a desire to relocate to Dubai
