Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role requires a creative thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for technology and innovation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid channels.
  • Oversee content creation for blogs, videos, and product launches to engage target audiences.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to create compelling messaging and campaigns.
  • Manage marketing budget and optimize ROI across all channels.
  • Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and webinars.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in technology or drone-related industries.
  • Proven track record in digital marketing and brand management.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media strategies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with federal proposals (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs)
  • Understanding of FAR/DFARS and other government contracting regulations
  • Event/conference organization and management (preferred)


Job Type: Full-time

Citizenship: U.S. Citizen (Required)

Security clearance: Confidential (Preferred)

Work Location: In person


This is a full-time, on-site position. Candidates must be able to report to our facility 5 days per week. We welcome applications from candidates outside the local area–relocation assistance is possible for the right candidate.
