The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role requires a creative thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for technology and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid channels.
- Oversee content creation for blogs, videos, and product launches to engage target audiences.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to create compelling messaging and campaigns.
- Manage marketing budget and optimize ROI across all channels.
- Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and webinars.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in technology or drone-related industries.
- Proven track record in digital marketing and brand management.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media strategies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Familiarity with federal proposals (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs)
- Understanding of FAR/DFARS and other government contracting regulations
- Event/conference organization and management (preferred)
