Job Description
Highly attractive position for the right kind of digital designer, who also has solid experience and understanding of SOC architecture.
You will be responsible for IP design, development and integration across the latest high-speed digital connectivity products and protocols (UCIe, CXL, NPU, NOC etc.).
You will also be contributing to SOC architecture and IP integration.
- MUST HAVE – excellent knowledge of both ASIC/RTL digital design and understanding of SOC architecture.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership on complex silicon programs involving leading-edge IP
- Collaborate with the Chiplet Architecture team to define next-generation chiplet solutions
- Integrate IP (e.g. UCIe, PCIe, Ethernet, USB, NPU, Audio, Vision) and third-party IP (e.g. CPUs, ISPs, silicon monitors, NoCs)
- Lead and contribute hands-on to RTL design, testbench development, formal analysis, and trial synthesis
- Drive quality through the implementation of hierarchical LINT, CDC, and release flows
- Plan and track activities and milestones for chiplet subsystems and system IP development
- Lead cross functional technical discussions with verification, software, and other domain teams
- Support customer engagements, including pre sales and post sales technical meetings
- Participate in technical and checklist reviews in line with ISO 9001 processes
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences (e.g. IEEE, DAC, CDNLive)

- Significant professional experience in the microelectronics or EDA industry, with deep exposure to front end digital design (Ideally 10-15+ years)
- Strong experience in RTL design, using VERILOG
- Experience with metric driven verification methodologies
- Hands on experience with front end design tools, including LINT, synthesis, and CDC analysis
- Experience contributing to SoC architecture and development
- Proven experience providing technical leadership within engineering teams
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly in spoken and written English
- Strong planning, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

- A degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience of AMBA, PCIe, CXL & UCIe protocols
- Familiarity with quality and safety standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 26262
