The Role

We are seeking a Graphic Designer with strong experience in 2D floor plans and team management, preferably within the real estate industry. This is a remote role where you will lead the floor plan design team and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of all projects.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end floor plan production process - assigning tasks, overseeing team output, and ensuring all designs meet quality standards before delivery. You will be responsible for conducting thorough quality checks (QC), maintaining accuracy in layouts and dimensions, and ensuring consistency across all deliverables.

Responsibilities

●Lead and manage the floor plan design team, ensuring consistent quality and timely delivery of all projects.

● Review and perform quality checks (QC) on 2D floor plans to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to client requirements.

● Create and refine 2D floor plans using Adobe Illustrator when required, especially for complex or high-priority projects.

● Ensure all layouts, dimensions, labeling, and formatting meet internal standards and client expectations.

● Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment.

● Collaborate with internal teams (project managers, editors, and designers) to align on project requirements.

● Provide feedback, training, and guidance to team members to improve output quality and efficiency.

● Standardize processes, templates, and design guidelines for consistency across all floor plans.

● Handle client feedback and revisions, ensuring final deliverables are polished and error-free.

● Take ownership of end-to-end floor plan delivery, from brief to final output.

Requirements

● 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, with strong exposure to 2D floor plans or architectural layouts.

● Proven experience in team handling, quality control, or supervisory roles.

● Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (essential).

● Strong understanding of spatial layouts, dimensions, and technical accuracy in floor plans.

● Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to identify and correct errors efficiently.

● Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

● Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.

● Experience working with real estate clients or floor plan production teams is highly preferred.

● Ability to work independently while ensuring team accountability and performance.
