We are building a world-class fintech app and a world-class media powerhouse. We need a Conversion Specialist and Growth Architect to bridge the gap between our high-reach content and our revenue-generating products.
As the Growth Marketer - Product, you will own the go-to-market strategy, sales performance, and demand generation execution. Your core job is to focus on growth marketing campaigns for all products. This includes, but is not limited to, MYM (Master Your Money), Hammer Elite, and Dollarwise. You own the narrative that turns a viewer into a customer, designing the "always-on" strategy and ensuring the funnels for acquisition, customer marketing, and cross-selling are firing 24/7.
What You’ll Do:
- Growth Campaigns for All Products: Plan, launch, design, and optimize targeted growth marketing campaigns across all products. This includes but is not limited to MYM, Hammer Elite, and Dollarwise. Own the creation of bundle and cross-sell product offers.
- Creative Collaboration (In-House Design Support): You will have an in-house designer lean on for creative execution. You will work within the Creative Suite—briefing the Creative Strategist on product hooks and partnering with the Designer to build high-converting assets and UI/UX needs, eliminating the need to build all creative yourself.
- Full-Funnel Ownership & Conversion Optimization: Build and maintain funnels, dashboards, and reporting to track CAC, conversion rates, and campaign ROI. Own the trial-to-paid conversion rates and feature-adoption strategies for Dollarwise, as well as the sales funnels and messaging for our suite of personal finance courses.
- Go-To-Market Execution: Develop and execute launch plans for new course modules, personal finance products, and app features. Define how our products solve specific financial problems better than anyone else in the market.
- Data-Driven Experimentation: Run a relentless testing roadmap (A/B testing landing pages, offers, and flows) across our audiences to lower CAC and grow LTV.
- Strategic Collaboration: Provide "Launch Kits" to the Head of Paid Media for maximum ROI amplification. Work with the Social Media Manager to identify viral organic posts and turn them into scalable paid experiments. Ensure all product messaging is vetted by the Copywriter.
- Review Strategy & Feedback Loop: Partner with Product and Customer Service to analyze app reviews and user feedback to identify new product-marketing opportunities.

Who You Are:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, or Demand Gen, ideally within SaaS, Fintech, or digital media. You understand how to market financial tools with trust and compliance.
- Sales Mindset: You are obsessed with conversion metrics and understanding the psychology of the "buy." Highly analytical—comfortable with spreadsheets, KPIs, attribution models, and performance reporting.
- Startup DNA: You are highly adaptable and thrive in an environment where we brainstorm, document, and ship at high velocity.
- "Creator Brained": Fully in tune with the creator landscape and what works and doesn’t work on YouTube and social media.
- Tech Literacy: Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM/Automation platforms is a major plus.
- Collaborator: You know how to support channel owners by giving them exactly what they need to succeed and are adept at managing cross-functional relationships.
