About The Role

We are looking for a talented Web Experience Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset and a director’s eye for design, capable of leading projects from concept to completion. As a Web Experience Designer, you will be responsible for creating compelling, interactive websites that resonate with users and reflect the client’s brand identity.

You will lead the entire design process, including initial discovery sessions to extract brand insights, translating ambiguity into clear design decisions, and developing wireframes and prototypes that are ready for development. Your work will involve designing scroll-worthy experiences with character and soul, defining or evolving visual identities, and creating interaction concepts and motion references for Webflow developers to implement. Additionally, you will maintain and evolve component libraries and design systems across multiple projects, ensuring consistency and quality.

Presenting your work confidently to clients, incorporating feedback effectively, and iterating quickly are key aspects of this role. Staying current with web design trends and knowing when to adopt or ignore them will help you produce innovative and timeless designs that stand out in the digital landscape.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have 3–5 years of experience designing websites, with a portfolio that demonstrates your expertise in creating engaging and effective web experiences. You must possess expert-level skills in Figma, including working with components, auto-layout, variables, prototyping, and preparing designs for development handoffs.

You should have a keen eye for typography, whitespace, visual hierarchy, and pacing, with the ability to think strategically about design decisions. Comfort working across multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality or deadlines is essential. Self-direction and strong asynchronous communication skills are vital, as you will operate independently and own your projects end-to-end.

Confident presentation skills, the ability to defend your design choices, and a genuine curiosity about the web as a creative medium are also important qualifications for this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for client websites—from initial wireframes to polished, development-ready Figma files.
• Facilitate or participate in discovery sessions to extract brand insights and translate ambiguity into clear design strategies.
• Create engaging, interactive, scroll-worthy website experiences that have character and soul.
• Define or refine visual identities, including typography, color schemes, motion intent, and layout logic.
• Develop interaction concepts and motion references for Webflow developers to implement seamlessly.
• Maintain and evolve component libraries and design systems across multiple ongoing projects.
• Present work confidently to clients, incorporate feedback effectively, and iterate rapidly to meet project goals.
• Stay updated on current web design trends and evaluate when to incorporate or disregard them based on project needs.
