Full-Stack Engineer

We are hiring a full-stack engineer who builds with AI tools the way other engineers build with their hands.

Not someone who uses AI occasionally. Someone who lives in Cursor, Lovable, Claude Code, Codex, Figma, v0, and whatever dropped this week and ships production-quality product with them every single day.

You move like a one-person startup. You design it, build it, deploy it, and own it. You do not wait for a ticket. You do not wait for a brief. You look at a product, understand what it needs, and go.

This role is for someone who has already figured out that the fastest builders in 2026 are not the ones who know the most syntax. They are the ones who know how to think in systems, prompt precisely, and ship without ego.

What you actually do here

You build and own flagship products end to end. Frontend, backend, integrations, and the glue in between. One day you are cloning a Framer design pixel-perfect in Next.js. The next you are wiring a fal.ai video generation API into a credit system with Stripe. The day after that you are building a node-based canvas workflow that makes a product director's jaw drop.

You work with a tech lead. You ship daily. You never need to be chased.

What we need

You use AI tools to build — not to avoid building. There is a difference. We want the person who uses Cursor and Claude Code to move 5x faster on things they already understand deeply. Not the person who prompts their way into code they cannot read or debug.

Must have:

• You build in Next.js + React + Tailwind and the output looks real. Not almost-there. Real.

• You have design taste. You see a 2px misalignment before anyone tells you. You fix it before anyone asks.

• You have shipped at least one product that real users touched. It does not have to be big. It has to be real.

• You are fluent with LLM APIs OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini in production. Streaming, structured outputs, tool calling, error handling.

• You can read and write Go well enough to touch auth, billing, and third-party sync work without breaking things.

• You have integrated real third-party APIs: payments, analytics, ad pixels, CRMs.

• You think about conversion. You know what a landing page is supposed to do and you build it to do that.

AI tool stack (non-negotiable):

- Cursor, your daily driver for code

- Lovable - you have shipped real product with it, not just played with it

- Claude Code or Codex - you use these for complex reasoning and generation tasks

- Figma — you can go from design to build without a handoff document

- v0, Vercel AI SDK, or similar - you stay current, you know what dropped last week

- You have an opinion on which tool is better for which job and you can defend it

Bonus:

- Experience with node-based or canvas UIs (React Flow, tldraw, xyflow)

- Experience with video generation APIs (fal.ai, Replicate, Kling, Veo, Seedance)

- You have built something with Seedance 2.0 or similar multimodal video models

- Previous startup experience - you know what shipping under pressure actually feels like

The Google form below has the details. It is a real build task. You will be given a design and asked to clone it - pixel-perfect, deployed, live URL. That is Round 1.

We pay for good work. Top submissions get compensated regardless of whether you are hired. Quality deserves to be rewarded.
