Senior Software Tester

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases, scenarios, and scripts.

• Perform comprehensive testing including functional, system, regression, integration, and user acceptance.

• Conduct API, interface, data transfer, and web-services testing using various tools.

• Execute the full Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), including defect logging, verification, and root cause analysis.

• Develop test plans aligned with user stories, acceptance criteria, and integration requirements.

• Track and report on test metrics, execution results, and progress.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree with 5–8 years of related experience, or equivalent experience.

• Hands-on experience in manual, functional, integration, and automated testing.

• Strong experience working in Agile Scrum environments with proficiency in Jira.

• Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks using tools like Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or AI-assisted testing tools.

• Proficiency in API, interface, data transfer, and web-services testing.

• Ability to troubleshoot issues across data, integrations, and application components.
