We’re looking for a talented and impact-driven Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Germany and build scalable, production-ready AI systems. If you’re passionate about deploying real-world machine learning solutions and working with cutting-edge technologies, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:
- Design, build, and deploy machine learning models in production
- Develop end-to-end ML pipelines (data ingestion → training → deployment → monitoring)
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams
- Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability
- Work with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets
- Implement MLOps best practices and automate workflows

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- 3–6+ years of experience in machine learning or AI engineering
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and data structures
- Experience deploying models via APIs or microservices
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Deep Learning, NLP, or Computer Vision
- Hands-on experience with LLMs / Generative AI (Transformers, GPT-style models)
- Experience with big data tools (Spark, Kafka)
- Familiarity with ML tools (MLflow, Kubeflow)
