Role

This is a full-time remote role for an AI Engineer focused on building real systems, not experiments.

Your work will directly influence:

• player acquisition efficiency
• LTV and retention
• bonus optimisation and fraud detection
• personalization across web and mobile
• internal automation and analytics
• company operations

Team

You’ll work in a small, high-context team:

• Head of Business Development
• UX/UI Designer

You are not an executor.

You are part of the system design. Your experience is expected to shape decisions, challenge ideas, and define how AI is applied across the business.

What you’ll do

• Design and deploy machine learning models end to end
• Work with real behavioral and financial data
• Build pipelines for training, validation, and inference
• Apply NLP for segmentation, automation, and internal tools
• Integrate AI directly into product and marketing flows
• Translate business problems into technical solutions

What matters

• Strong computer science fundamentals
• Experience building production ML systems
• Understanding of neural networks and pattern recognition
• Ability to write clean, production-level code
• Practical experience with NLP
• Comfortable working remotely and independently

Nice to have:

• Experience in iGaming or similar high-scale consumer products
• Understanding of performance marketing and funnels

• Building models without business impact
• Optimising for metrics that don’t translate to revenue
