This position is long-term and open for contractors.Tasks and Responsibilities:Planning and managing the project from the IT, communication and business perspective, including contributing to the refining of the platform's architecture, structure, and user experience, and providing support to users;Monitoring content completeness and coordinating updates with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely content availability;Overseeing platform governance, user access, and security policies;Communication with stakeholders, drafting notes and ensuring the follow-up;Developing, managing and supporting online community;Preparing feasibility studies and business cases to guide strategic decisions on platform upgrades and transitions (e.g., possible Confluence Wiki to SharePoint migration);Organising and delivering meetings, webinars and trainings for internal and external users, including drafting documentation (such as user and web procedure manuals), preparing coaching materials, and presenting projects and tools on online communication platform to ensure effective use (Confluence Wiki, MS Teams, Jira);Creation and management of the online collaborative sites (Confluence Wiki, MS Teams, Jira);Profile:Bachelor or master degree;+9 years of IT professional experience;Looking for hands-on mentality, experience as developer or BA is an advantage;+6 years of experience with a project management methodology (e.g., PRINCE2), as a Project Manager;Experience as a Project Manager or Project Management Officer (PMO) within a structured project environment;PRINCE2 Practitioner certification (or PMP or equivalent);Service management/delivery experience and understanding;Experience of industry-standard IT Governance practices;Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications including MS Project, MS Excel and MS Visio;IT Performance management / Metrics expertise;Fluent in English;Interested:Please send you CV to ****** countries are part of the European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
