Position Summary
We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager – US Team (Remote) to oversee and control the day-to-day execution of U.S.-based employees.
This is a pure execution oversight role — not a strategy or planning position.
Senior leadership defines priorities and direction. Your responsibility is to ensure:
- Tasks are clearly assigned
- Work is executed on time
- Employees remain accountable
- Performance standards are consistently met
You will act as the central operational authority for U.S.-based employees, ensuring structured execution, visibility, and discipline across all activities.
Core Responsibility
Own and control execution across all U.S.-based team functions by:
- Driving daily work progress
- Enforcing accountability
- Monitoring performance
- Ensuring SLA compliance
- Maintaining operational transparency
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Execution Oversight (Primary Function)
- Convert leadership directives into clear, structured, and trackable tasks
- Assign ownership with defined scope and deadlines
- Monitor real-time execution progress
- Follow up consistently to ensure completion
- Eliminate ambiguity in responsibilities
2. Accountability & Performance Control
- Track employee productivity, responsiveness, and output quality
- Enforce discipline in timelines, communication, and availability
- Identify performance gaps early and document them
- Escalate issues with clear data and evidence
- Ensure corrective actions are implemented and followed
3. Operational Discipline & Quality Assurance
- Ensure strict adherence to SOPs and workflows
- Minimize execution errors and rework
- Maintain consistency in output quality
- Ensure proper task handovers during absences
- Standardize execution practices across all U.S. team members

4. Reporting & Visibility
- Maintain structured task tracking systems (ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, etc.)
- Provide daily execution reports
- Submit weekly KPI and performance summaries
- Proactively flag delays, risks, and inefficiencies
- Maintain documentation for accountability and audit tracking
5. Cross-Time-Zone Coordination
- Act as the execution bridge between leadership and U.S. employees
- Ensure priorities are clearly understood and followed
- Prevent miscommunication or delays
- Maintain clear, professional, and structured communication
6. High-Pressure Execution Management
- Maintain operational control during peak campaigns or launches
- Ensure workload is balanced and deadlines are met
- Prevent execution breakdowns across time zones
Success Metrics (Performance Evaluation)
- Task completion rate (on-time delivery %)
- SLA compliance rate
- Employee responsiveness and follow-up efficiency

Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in Operations, Team Oversight, or Execution Management
- Experience working with international or U.S.-based teams preferred
- Strong follow-up and accountability enforcement ability
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Ability to manage and correct team behavior professionally
- Comfortable working U.S.-aligned hours
Preferred Background
- Experience in performance marketing, digital agencies, or lead generation
- Experience managing remote/distributed teams
- Familiarity with KPI tracking and operational dashboards

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: BDT 60,000 – 100,000 (based on experience)
