About The Role

As a PerformYard Corporate Recruiter, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across all departments. Working closely with the VP of People Operations and the executive team, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying candidate needs to onboarding successful hires. This is a remote position that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, enabling you to build a diverse and talented workforce that drives our continued growth. Your efforts will directly influence the company's success by ensuring we bring in the right people to support our strategic objectives and foster a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, or similar roles within a high-volume environment
  • Experience in B2B SaaS industry is preferred
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong negotiation and organizational abilities
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective internal and external relationships
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed, learn, and grow in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to manage the full lifecycle recruitment process across all departments
  • Participate in weekly strategy meetings with leadership to align on talent acquisition goals and strategies
  • Work closely with hiring managers to define candidate requirements, including skills, knowledge, and abilities
  • Serve as the main liaison between candidates and hiring managers, guiding them through the recruitment stages
  • Assist in crafting compelling job descriptions and maintaining job postings on various external platforms
  • Utilize recruiting tools, social media, networking, and branding strategies to attract high-quality candidates
  • Conduct sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and coordination to ensure a seamless hiring process
  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities within the ATS
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process
  • Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to gather feedback and improve recruitment strategies
  • Gain experience recruiting across multiple departments including Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing
