Job Description
Our client is a Victorian local government organisation focused on improving how customer requests are received, triaged and actioned, reducing manual effort and improving response times for the community.
They are seeking a Power Automate Developer (AI Builder / CRM specialist to design and build an inbox automation solution using Power Automate and AI Builder, integrated with Infor Pathway (CRM) to automatically create and allocate Customer Requests.
This role will automate inbox intake, AI-based triage and CRM request creation using Power Automate and AI Builder, integrated with Pathway (design, build and configuration).
The focus of this role is the design, build and configuration of this automation and integration.
ROLE DETAILS
Contract: 8 weeks
Working arrangement: Fully remote (MUST HAVE full Australian working rights)
Eligibility: Full Australian working rights required
Preference: Victorian local government experience (strongly preferred)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Build Power Automate flows to monitor and process incoming emails from a Microsoft Exchange mailbox
- Develop and train AI Builder classification models using previously triaged emails
- Integrate with Infor Pathway to create and allocate Customer Requests (directly or via approved intermediary such as SQL)
- Implement exception handling and human triage pathways when confidence is low
- Configure, test, tune and document the solution, and complete handover/knowledge transfer
