Since its founding in 2012, the organization has led the way in education, standards, certification, and advocacy for healthcare professionals—including nurses, pharmacists, and physicians—as well as the patients they serve.

The Manager of Marketing & Events plays a key role in executing marketing strategies and event initiatives, including conferences, educational programs, and membership growth efforts. This position is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities while collaborating across teams and external partners.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, takes ownership of deliverables, and ensures campaigns and events are executed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
Location
Remote (U.S.-based). Occasional travel required.
Marketing Execution & Campaign Management
- Support execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with organizational priorities, including:
- National in-person conference
- Virtual conference programming
- Membership and certification initiatives
- Educational content and resource launches
- Manage industry-sponsored campaigns, including timelines, deliverables, approvals, and reporting
- Translate complex clinical content into clear, audience-appropriate messaging
- Draft and edit copy for email, social media, and digital campaigns
- Manage and schedule content across social platforms
- Create, monitor, and optimize paid social campaigns
- Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure alignment across initiatives
- Track campaign performance metrics and support reporting and optimization efforts
- Maintain media and press contact lists
- Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, education, and operations teams

Event Coordination & Vendor Management
Support execution of two primary annual conferences (one in-person and one virtual) in partnership with an external event management firm.
Internal Events
- Serve as the primary liaison with the external event management company
- Coordinate timelines, communications, and deliverables
- Partner with operations on sponsorship agreements and execution
- Support event platform updates, reporting, and data management
- Manage post-event marketing campaigns and communications
- Track and integrate lead data into CRM systems
- Assist with on-site and virtual event logistics as needed
External Conferences
- Coordinate participation in industry conferences, including registration and exhibit logistics
- Support lead capture, follow-up campaigns, and handoff processes
- Attend events as needed to support exhibition efforts
Data & CRM Management
- Maintain and organize CRM data, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Manage audience segmentation for marketing campaigns
- Track and report on campaign and event performance
- Support data uploads, list management, and overall data hygiene

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare and/or event marketing
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot or similar)
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com or similar)
- Experience with form/data tools (e.g., Jotform or similar)
- Demonstrated ability to manage campaigns and vendor relationships independently
- Experience supporting medium-to-large events (virtual and/or in-person)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Willingness to travel approximately 10%
- Experience in healthcare or life sciences
- Experience supporting both B2B and B2C marketing initiatives
- Familiarity with Slack or similar collaboration tools
- Salary range: $80,000–$110,000, depending on experience
- Health insurance, 401(k) with employer match, and pension plan (eligibility-based)
- Paid Time Off: Two weeks PTO, plus company closures during Thanksgiving week and late December
