We're looking for an Influencer Manager. As the Influencer Manager, you will own the strategy and day-to-day execution of the entire influencer and affiliate program at Calming Co. This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates across the world who can work on a US timezone. You will be responsible for identifying and securing creator partnerships, negotiating agreements, managing whitelisting and paid media campaigns, building our affiliate program, and reporting on performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the influencer channel is a scalable engine for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Influencer Sourcing & Partnerships: Identify, vet, and secure influencer partnerships that align with the brand's values, aesthetic, and growth objectives. Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality creators.
  • Creator Relationship Management: Manage all influencer relationships end-to-end, from outreach through onboarding, campaign execution, and ongoing communication.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate influencer agreements, rates, and deliverables on behalf of the company, including whitelisting terms and content usage rights.
  • Affiliate Program Management: Develop and manage the company's affiliate program, including recruiting affiliates, setting commission structures, and optimizing program performance.
  • TikTok Shop & TikTok Affiliates: Manage the company's TikTok Shop presence, including onboarding and managing TikTok Shop affiliates and coordinating affiliate-driven content to maximize sales.
  • Compliance & Brand Alignment: Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure all influencer and affiliate content aligns with brand guidelines, platform requirements, and regulatory obligations, including FTC endorsement disclosure compliance.
  • Paid Media Campaigns: Oversee paid media campaigns utilizing influencer content, including Meta partnership ads and TikTok Spark Ads. Ensure whitelisting access is secured and creative is deployed effectively.
  • Performance Reporting: Track and report on influencer and affiliate campaign performance and return on investment, using data to inform strategy and optimize spend.
  • Platform & Tool Management: Evaluate and manage third-party platforms and tools used to support influencer and affiliate operations.

Requirements

  • 4 to 6+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or performance marketing within a DTC or CPG environment.
  • Proven track record of negotiating influencer contracts, including whitelisting rights, usage terms, and performance-based deal structures.
  • Deep expertise in Meta Business Manager (partnership ads, whitelisting) and TikTok (Spark Ads, TikTok Shop, affiliate ecosystem).
  • Experience building or managing an affiliate program, including platform selection and commission optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate campaign performance data into actionable strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; comfortable negotiating with creators, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with project management tools (Monday.com preferred) and influencer/affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, Grin, CreatorIQ).
  • Highly organized self-starter who can manage a full pipeline independently in a remote environment.
  • Ability to work US Pacific Time business hours.
