Participate actively in feedback sessions, iterating quickly (with help from AI tools) to refine creatives.

What does the ideal candidate look like?

  • Proven experience (1+ years) as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio of social-media ad creatives.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator).
  • Familiarity with AI design tools—e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, DALL·E, Canva Magic, or similar—for rapid concepting, upscaling, and batch variations.
  • Strong understanding of social-media platforms and their audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, passionate about design perfection, and able to meet tight deadlines.
