We are hiring a Product Manager to join an international project within the automotive sector, focused on digital transformation and innovation.

You’ll be joining a well-established European company with a strong client base across dealerships and major automotive manufacturers, ensuring stability and impactful long-term projects.

The organization is currently undergoing a major transformation, with a fully cloud-based ecosystem, transitioning to SaaS and integrating AI into its products to optimize operations and drive real business value.

Your role:

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.

• Translate business needs into user stories and product requirements.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

• Manage backlog and product lifecycle using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

• Drive data-driven decisions based on KPIs and user insights.

Tech & Tools:

• Agile (Scrum, Kanban)

• Jira, Confluence

• Product metrics, KPIs, analytics

What we’re looking for:

• +3 years in Product Management or similar roles

• Strong stakeholder management and analytical mindset

• Experience with digital products (automotive is a plus)

• Fluent English
