This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Manager, Provider Analytics in the United States.

This role sits at the intersection of healthcare data, analytics leadership, and cross-functional strategy within a fast-evolving digital health environment. The Manager, Provider Analytics will lead a team responsible for ensuring the accuracy, structure, and usability of provider data that powers key enterprise decisions. You will collaborate closely with Product, Data Engineering, and Application Development teams to deliver high-quality, scalable analytics solutions. This position combines hands-on technical expertise with people leadership, requiring both deep analytical skill and the ability to guide and develop a high-performing team. You will play a key role in shaping provider data strategy, improving data workflows, and driving insights that influence business and product direction. Accountabilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts, providing technical guidance, feedback, and support for complex problem-solving.
  • Define and execute the provider analytics roadmap aligned with enterprise data and product strategy.
  • Oversee the accuracy, structure, and quality of provider data, including identity, affiliations, and network relationships.
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable analytics workflows using SQL, Python, and Databricks.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Data Engineering, Product, Application Development, and Client Success teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Ensure strong validation practices to maintain high data integrity and reliable analytical outputs.
  • Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and data quality.
  • Evaluate and adopt emerging tools and technologies to strengthen analytics capabilities.
  • Manage and track initiatives using project management tools such as Azure DevOps and Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, including at least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or Finance, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong experience working with provider data and healthcare or medical claims datasets.
  • Advanced SQL skills and working knowledge of Python, including experience with production-level analytics or code review.
  • Proven ability to translate complex, ambiguous data into actionable business insights.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy, validation, and quality assurance.
  • Experience identifying root causes and implementing long-term data solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred: experience with Spark, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and Git/CI-CD workflows.
