Job Summary:

The Senior Marketing Business Coordinator is responsible for supporting and coordinating marketing initiatives while overseeing sales and marketing performance. This role ensures alignment between business objectives and execution, drives revenue growth, and acts as a key link between marketing, sales, and other internal teams.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Marketing Coordination & Execution


* Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

* Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

* Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.


2. Sales & Marketing Performance Management


* Oversee the performance of the sales and marketing team.

* Track and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.

* Ensure sales targets are met and implement actions to drive continuous revenue growth.

3. Business & Data Analysis

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

* 3–5years of experience in marketing coordination, business operations, or similar roles.

* Proven experience in monitoring sales performance and driving revenue growth.

* Strong analytical skills with experience in data reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Google Analytics).

* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

* Excellent communication and organizational skills.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Location & Mobility Requirement:


* This role is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

* Shortlisted candidates must be willing to relocate to Kuala Lumpur.
