Job Summary:
We are seeking a thoughtful and user-focused UX Designer to create intuitive and engaging digital experiences. In this fully remote role, you will work closely with product managers, UI designers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into seamless user journeys that improve usability and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing
- Analyze user behavior and translate insights into design solutions
- Create user flows, wireframes, journey maps, and prototypes
- Collaborate with UI designers to deliver cohesive design solutions
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to implement designs
- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG) and usability best practices
- Iterate designs based on user feedback and data insights
- Contribute to and maintain UX guidelines and design systems
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–5 years of experience in UX design or similar roles
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process and problem-solving
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- Experience with user research and usability testing methods
- Understanding of interaction design and information architecture
- Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
