Digital Marketing Specialist (Paid Media / PPC Focus)

About PopSixle

PopSixle is a performance-focused ad attribution and optimization company building a next-generation server-side pixel solution that significantly improves tracking accuracy and paid media performance across platforms like Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).

We are currently merging with a complementary analytics platform to create a unified pixel + dashboard ecosystem, giving advertisers deeper visibility, better attribution, and improved return on ad spend.


Role Overview

We are seeking a hybrid Digital Marketer / Account Manager (Paid Media focused) to lead a critical transition phase of the business.


For the first ~6 months, your primary responsibility will be customer migration and onboarding—guiding existing clients through the transition from our current pixel solution into the new combined pixel + analytics platform.


This is a client-facing, highly communicative, technically informed role requiring someone who understands paid media and can confidently guide customers through technical changes in a simple, structured, and reassuring way.


Key Responsibilities

Client Migration & Account Management (Primary Focus – First 6 Months)

  • Lead 1:1 Zoom sessions with existing customers to guide them through migration to the new pixel + dashboard system
  • Act as the main point of contact for all migration-related questions and support
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth technical onboarding
  • Shadow leadership during onboarding sessions until fully ramped
  • Document migration issues, feedback, and recurring themes to improve the process
  • Ensure high customer retention and satisfaction throughout the transition period


Cross-Platform Migration (Ongoing)

  • Support onboarding of customers from the newly merged analytics platform into the unified system
  • Manage end-to-end customer communication across both user bases
  • Maintain structured account management processes during transition


Paid Media & Technical Understanding

  • Apply strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital marketing attribution
  • Understand pixel tracking, conversion events, and performance marketing fundamentals
  • Help clients understand how the new system improves attribution and ROAS


General Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers during a complex technical transition
  • Maintain a structured, process-driven approach to onboarding and support
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership teams to improve rollout


About the First Phase of the Role (Important)

This is not a traditional ad-buying role in the early stages.

For the first 6 months, your job is primarily:

  • Sitting on Zoom calls with customers
  • Walking them through migration step-by-step
  • Acting as a hybrid between account manager, consultant, and customer success lead
  • Ensuring a smooth transition into the new platform


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience in paid media (PPC / performance marketing)
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and tracking/attribution concepts
  • Strong client-facing communication skills (charismatic, personable, confident on Zoom)
  • Experience in account management, customer success, or marketing operations
  • Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, digestible terms
  • Highly organized and proactive


Nice to Have

  • Experience with ad tech, tracking pixels, or analytics tools
  • Experience working in SaaS or performance marketing platforms
  • Background in onboarding or implementation roles


Working Style

  • Fully remote
  • Must be available during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours
