Role Description
This is a full-time position for a Junior Analyst supporting active media campaigns and client accounts. The Junior Analyst will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to evaluate marketing performance in real time. Key responsibilities include preparing reports, monitoring campaign trends, identifying actionable insights, and supporting day-to-day optimization efforts across existing clients.
This is a highly analytical, execution-focused role with no creative or campaign development responsibilities. Instead, you’ll work closely with a small but high-performing accounts team to ensure campaigns are accurately tracked, performance is clearly understood, and insights are translated into measurable improvements.

Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret data
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on performance, accuracy, and measurable outcomes
- Proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools, and performance tracking platforms
- Basic understanding of marketing performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail, especially when working with live campaign data
- Ability to monitor performance and surface insights in a timely, actionable way
- Clear communication skills for translating data into concise updates for internal teams and clients
- Strong organization and time management skills; able to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Engineering or a related field very helpful
- Prior analytics experience is a plusÂ
