Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead global marketing initiatives and establish DeltaCore Strategies as a differentiated brand within the institutional crypto investment landscape.

The CMO will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives client acquisition, strengthens brand positioning, and supports revenue growth—while ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and the firm’s performance-oriented model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy & Leadership
  • Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, focusing on institutional credibility, trust, and performance differentiation.
  • Brand Positioning & Narrative Development
  • Define and elevate DeltaCore’s brand identity within the digital asset and derivatives ecosystem, targeting HNWIs, family offices, and sophisticated investors.
  • Client Acquisition & Growth
  • Design and optimize multi-channel acquisition funnels (digital, partnerships, thought leadership, events) to drive qualified investor engagement.
  • Content & Thought Leadership
  • Oversee the creation of high-impact content including market insights, research reports, and educational materials that position the firm as a trusted authority.
  • Performance Marketing & Analytics
  • Implement data-driven marketing frameworks, leveraging analytics to optimize CAC, conversion rates, and ROI across channels.
  • Public Relations & Communications
  • Manage external communications, media relations, and reputation strategy in a highly dynamic and often volatile industry.
  • Partnerships & Ecosystem Development
  • Build strategic partnerships with platforms, allocators, and industry stakeholders to expand reach and credibility.
  • Team Building & Leadership
  • Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team across brand, growth, and communications functions.
  • Compliance & Risk Awareness
  • Ensure all marketing activities align with applicable regulatory frameworks and industry best practices, particularly in financial promotions.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of marketing leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role (CMO, VP Marketing, or equivalent)
  • Proven track record in financial services, hedge funds, asset management, or crypto/digital assets
  • Deep understanding of cryptocurrency markets, derivatives, and institutional investor behavior
  • Strong expertise in performance marketing, brand strategy, and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience marketing to high-net-worth individuals, family offices, or institutional clients
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and positioning skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale marketing organizations in high-growth environments
  • Familiarity with U.S. and global regulatory considerations in financial marketing
