Managing Security Consultant - Privileged Access Management

This role sits at the intersection of advanced cybersecurity engineering and strategic customer engagement, focused on delivering and optimizing enterprise Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. You will act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise clients, guiding them through complex CyberArk implementations and ensuring secure, scalable identity protection architectures. Working in a fully remote environment, you will collaborate closely with customers, internal engineers, and security teams to design, deploy, and enhance critical security infrastructures. The position requires both deep hands-on technical expertise and strong consulting capabilities, with direct impact on how major organizations secure privileged access. You will play a key role in driving adoption, optimizing deployments, and aligning security solutions with business objectives. This is a highly visible role where technical leadership and client success go hand in hand.

Accountabilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions aligned with customer security requirements.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprise clients, managing relationships and ensuring successful deployment and ongoing optimization.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions, assess customer environments, and define implementation roadmaps and project plans.
• Oversee CyberArk architecture, including Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, and EPM configuration and integration with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, SIEM, and ticketing tools.
• Provide Level 3 technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, and coordinate resolution across teams.
• Deliver technical training, knowledge transfer sessions, and documentation including architecture diagrams, runbooks, and best practices.
• Mentor technical team members and coordinate resources across multiple client implementations and engagements.
• Monitor performance metrics, produce status reports, and provide executive-level updates on project progress and outcomes.
  
  

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience implementing and managing CyberArk PAM solutions in enterprise environments.

• Deep expertise in CyberArk components including Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, and EPM.
• Strong background in identity and access management (IAM), privileged access security, and enterprise cybersecurity architecture.
• Experience integrating CyberArk with Active Directory, LDAP, SIEM platforms, and enterprise infrastructure systems.
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux/Unix environments, with familiarity in networking, firewalls, and security protocols.
• Scripting experience in PowerShell, Python, or Bash is highly valued.
• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as consultant, solutions architect, or technical account manager.
• Strong communication and consulting skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and lead technical initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• CyberArk certifications (CDE, PSE, Sentry) and/or security certifications such as CISSP or CISM are preferred.
