Unity Developer (3 Month FTC) - Mobile Title – 100% Remote working (From the UK)

A South-East based Games studio are currently looking for a Unity Developer to work on a new innovative mobile title, which they’re aiming to dominate its genre. Founded by established industry experts, the team are made up of award-winning developers who have a history of releasing a range of high-quality games, some of which have been adored in the games industry.

As the Unity Developer, you will work on the studios upcoming project, helping develop the gameplay and UI for this title. As a member of the core team, you will collaborate with other client programmers, designers and artists to assist on making world class experiences. Their debut game was rated very highly, and this title is a sequel to that title.

The game will be exciting and fast paced, so part of your role must ensure that the gameplay and UI work smoothly and lag free. This role can offer a chance to own quite a large area of the code side and would suit someone who enjoys working in a small team. You will work on other aspects like Enemy AI, Combat and progression too.

This is a 3-month FTC with the possibility of turning into a permanent contract.

You must be already based in and eligible to work in the UK to apply for this role.

Salary Range - £40,000-£48,000

Requirements

• Experience as a Unity Developer
• Experience with Mobile Games (ideally shipped 1 or 2 titles on the App/Google Play stores)
• Unity Engine experience is a must have
• Experience with the likes of AI tools like Claude, Cursor, Copilot etc
• A portfolio demonstrating your experience would be a bonus!
