Job Description
We are seeking a skilled HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) dSPACE & Validation Engineer to join our engineering team. This role involves developing, executing, and maintaining validation strategies for embedded systems using dSPACE platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HIL setups, test automation, and system validation in automotive or embedded environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain HIL test setups using dSPACE tools (ControlDesk, AutomationDesk, SCALEXIO, MicroAutoBox).
- Design, develop, and execute validation test cases for embedded systems.
- Perform system-level testing, integration testing, and regression testing.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
- Create and maintain test plans, test scripts, and validation reports.
- Support model-based development and simulation activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software, hardware, and systems engineering.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience with dSPACE tools and HIL testing environments.
- Experience in embedded systems validation and verification.
- Knowledge of automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
- Familiarity with MATLAB/Simulink and model-based development.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in automotive domain or similar industries.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or MATLAB scripting.
- Experience with test automation frameworks.

Work Schedule:
