About the role
Join our client’s team as a Marketing Associate and support the day-to-day execution of a fast-moving, modern marketing organization within the travel and hospitality industry. The company operates in the short-term rental space, delivering tech-enabled, premium group travel experiences across multiple destinations, combining hospitality, real estate, and technology.
You’ll sit at the intersection of creative storytelling and performance marketing, helping ensure the brand shows up consistently across social, distribution channels, and guest touchpoints — while leveraging AI to accelerate execution and output.
Responsibilities
Social Media Execution & Support
- Support content strategy and execution across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms
- Manage content calendars, captions, community engagement, and performance reporting
Brand Consistency
- Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across owned channels, partner campaigns, listing pages, and paid media
- Ensure all guest-facing touchpoints reflect a premium brand positioning
Channel Distribution Marketing
- Support optimization of listings and merchandising across Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Expedia, and direct booking channels
- Coordinate promotional placements and featured property campaigns
AI-Driven Marketing Execution

- Use AI tools to support copywriting, ideation, image generation, research, and reporting workflows
- Improve speed and efficiency of marketing execution through modern tools
Campaign & Cross-Functional Support
- Coordinate with design, content, and performance marketing teams on seasonal campaigns and destination launches
- Support influencer, PR, and partnership initiatives including briefs and asset delivery
Reporting & Data Support
- Pull and synthesize performance data from social, email, and distribution channels into weekly and monthly reports
Asset & Brand Management
- Maintain organized content libraries, brand guidelines, and marketing assets
Requirements
- 2+ years of marketing experience in luxury hospitality, travel, or related industries (hotels, resorts, travel tech, vacation rentals, OTAs, etc.)
- Strong understanding of social media strategy and content execution (organic + paid exposure)
- Experience maintaining brand consistency across multiple channels and touchpoints
- Exposure to OTA / channel distribution platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Expedia, etc.)
- Comfortable using AI tools as part of daily marketing workflows
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken, near-native level)
- Ability to work US business hours (PST / CST / EST alignment required)
