About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Delivery Manager to lead large-scale Analytics & Data Management programs for marquee clients within our Sports & Gaming practice. This role requires a strong blend of delivery leadership, stakeholder management, analytics expertise, team leadership, and account growth capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have deep experience managing complex analytics and data engineering engagements, leading global teams, driving delivery excellence, and identifying growth opportunities within existing client accounts. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, engineering teams, and leadership to ensure high-quality delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Leadership
- Own end-to-end delivery of analytics and data management programs, ensuring successful execution against scope, timelines, quality, and budget.
- Establish and drive delivery governance, execution frameworks, and best practices across multiple engagements.
- Manage complex, multi-workstream programs involving data engineering, cloud analytics platforms, and modern data ecosystems.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and delivery bottlenecks proactively and implement mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and executive leadership teams.
- Lead executive reviews, steering committee meetings, roadmap discussions, and status governance.
- Ensure alignment between client expectations and internal delivery capabilities.
Team Leadership & Talent Development
- Lead and scale globally distributed delivery teams across multiple geographies.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor delivery managers, technical leads, and emerging leaders to support growth and succession planning.

Analytics, Data & Technology Oversight
Provide leadership across solutions involving:
- Data Management & Data Engineering
- Cloud Analytics Platforms
- Modern Data Warehousing Solutions
Strong familiarity with:
- AWS Cloud (including AWS Redshift)
- SQL & Python
- Modern cloud ecosystems such as Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, or GCP
Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
Account Growth & Business Development
- Drive organic growth within existing client accounts through opportunity mining and strategic relationship management.
- Partner with sales and leadership teams on proposals, solutioning, estimations, and roadmap planning.
- Support revenue growth initiatives and long-term account strategy development.
Required Qualifications
- 10–12 years of experience in Delivery Management, Program Management, or Project Management within analytics, data engineering, or data management domains.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, global, cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of data engineering and data management ecosystems.
- Experience with AWS or modern cloud data platforms such as Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, or GCP.
- Hands-on familiarity with SQL and Python.
- Experience working in Agile environments using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured decision-making skills.
- Experience with:
- DataOps & data observability
- Data quality frameworks & lineage
- CI/CD & SDLC practices
- API management and software delivery processes
- Consent platforms & data clean room solutions
- Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated experience driving account mining, organic growth, and client expansion initiatives.
