I’m partnering with a high-growth B2B SaaS company looking to hire a VP of Software Engineering to lead the next stage of platform scale, unification, and AI-driven product evolution.


The business already has live enterprise clients, contracted recurring revenue, international expansion underway, and a significant proprietary data advantage. This is a rare opportunity to shape a platform operating at the intersection of SaaS, data, AI, and real-world operations.


This is a highly hands-on leadership role with full ownership across engineering, architecture, delivery standards, platform reliability, and AI direction. The right person will raise the engineering bar, improve execution velocity, strengthen data trust, and help define how AI becomes embedded into the core operating logic of the platform.

  • Experience owning modern data stacks and production AI systems
  • Proven ability to scale teams and make difficult organisational decisions
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving, commercially critical environments
