Introduce and scale paid channels where relevant.
Define and evolve core messaging, positioning, and value propositions.
Connect product launches into cohesive narratives that support pipeline generation.
Build and refine a structured product launch framework tied to revenue outcomes.
Create content across formats including technical blogs, email, social, and sales enablement materials.
Partner closely with sales to ensure marketing efforts translate into real opportunities.
Own HubSpot including lifecycle stages, workflows, lead scoring, and reporting.
Build attribution across channels and campaigns.
Define key metrics including MQL, SQL, and conversion rates.
Report on performance and use data to guide prioritization and optimization.

About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a high-growth, Series B data infrastructure company that is scaling its go to market function and investing in marketing as a core growth driver.

The business has strong product traction, an engaged technical audience, and consistent product innovation. The next step is building a structured, campaign-driven marketing engine that converts that interest into predictable, qualified pipeline.

This is a senior, hands-on role where you will own both demand generation and product marketing, with the opportunity to build the function from the ground up.


What You Will Do

Demand Generation

  • Build and scale multi-channel demand generation campaigns from strategy through execution and measurement
  • Develop programs that generate high-quality pipeline aligned to the target ICP

What We Are Looking For

  • 5 to 8 years of B2B marketing experience
  • Experience in developer tools, data infrastructure, or technical SaaS environments
  • Proven ability to run demand generation campaigns end to end
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to communicate to technical audiences
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and marketing systems
  • Comfortable operating independently and owning a function
  • Experience with product-led growth and developer buying journeys
  • Strong use of AI tools within marketing workflows


Preferred Experience

  • Experience marketing to data engineers or technical buyer personas
  • Familiarity with real-time data infrastructure or modern data stack technologies
