I’m currently working with a growing fintech scale-up looking to hire a Technical Support Engineer to join their production support / engineering team.

This is a highly technical L2 support role focused on investigating and resolving live production issues across a modern payments platform. You’ll work closely with engineering teams, troubleshoot incidents, analyse logs, investigate APIs, and work directly with databases to identify root causes.
The environment is fast-paced and engineering-led, so they’re looking for someone comfortable operating across application support, production troubleshooting, and backend systems.
