- 8+ years of experience as Product Owner / Product Manager
- Strong experience in Payments domain (Cards, Wallets, Transaction systems)
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
- Basic technical knowledge of APIs, Swagger, and data flows
- Experience working with engineering teams on product delivery
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
