A fast-growing consumer tech and ecommerce business is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to own growth across the German market.
This is a highly autonomous role for someone who wants to run marketing end to end. You will combine AI-driven workflows, SEO, content and performance marketing while managing external agency relationships and helping scale a fast-growing digital product.
The business is looking for an owner-operator mindset, with the long-term opportunity to grow into a Partner-level position.
Role: Digital Marketing Specialist
Salary: €50,000 - €60,000
Location: Fully remote
Language: Native German required
What you’ll be doing:
- Own growth strategy and execution across the German market
- Drive SEO and GEO-focused content strategy to increase traffic and conversions
- Write high-quality German copy across landing pages, campaigns, blogs and email
- Manage and optimise paid media activity alongside external performance agencies
- Leverage AI tools and automation workflows to improve marketing execution and output
- Own reporting, analytics and performance optimisation across campaigns
- Create and manage content calendars and campaign planning
- Identify growth opportunities and experiment with new acquisition channels

What you’ll need:
- Native German language skills with exceptional written copywriting ability
- Strong experience across digital marketing, growth or performance marketing roles
- Hands-on SEO experience with a strong understanding of content-led growth
- Experience managing agencies and external partners
- Entrepreneurial, owner-operator mindset with the ability to work autonomously
- Strong understanding of AI-driven marketing workflows and automation
- Analytical mindset with the ability to optimise based on data and performance
