In this role, you'll take ownership of our Human Resource Information System (HRIS), ensuring new product features launch and function seamlessly and continuously aligns with our broader organizational objectives.

- Develop and implement HR Technology strategies that align with the organization's objectives.
- Oversee the implementation of new HRIS technologies and upgrades, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Collaborate with HR and IT departments to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with HR team members to identify system needs and enhancements.
- Analyze HR data and metrics and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries and issues, providing timely resolutions.
- Conduct training sessions for HR staff and end-users to maximize system utilization and efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HRIS and technology to recommend improvements.
- Manage and maintain the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Develop business cases for implementations/enhancements.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
- Master’s degree in HRIS preferred
- HRIP Certification preferred
