Senior / Staff Full Stack Engineer
Role Overview
Seeking Senior and Staff Full Stack Engineers to help build the next generation of an AI-powered drug discovery platform. This is a high-impact, product-focused engineering role centered around building scalable systems from scratch across both frontend and backend.

Responsibilities
- Build and launch new product features across frontend and backend systems
- Design and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and data pipelines
- Contribute production code quickly within fast-paced sprint cycles
- Own projects from concept through deployment and iteration
- Collaborate closely with product, design, AI, and scientific teams
- Translate complex scientific workflows into intuitive software experiences

Requirements
Must Have
4+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong experience with Python and React
- Experience building and shipping production-grade applications
- Startup or high-growth company experience preferred
- Experience designing scalable backend systems and APIs
- Strong ownership mentality with end-to-end product development experience
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-moving environments
