ABOUT ALLYSAI

AllysAI is an AI Lab-as-a-Service company headquartered in Abu Dhabi, building production AI agents for enterprise clients across pharma, real estate, logistics, government, and aviation in MENA, Europe, and the US.

Our clients include Merz Healthcare (German pharma), Dubai Police, Parkin (Dubai's largest parking operator), Steripharma, Al Khayyat Investments, and other major enterprises. We do not ship AI demos. We ship production systems that real users depend on for high-stakes decisions.

Our engineering team is small, senior, and ambitious. We are remote-first, with engineers across India, Pakistan, and now expanding to Jordan as we scale into Arabic-language markets.

THE ROLE

As a Full-Stack AI Engineer at AllysAI, you will own production AI systems end-to-end. You will build agent architectures, retrieval systems, voice agents, and the full-stack interfaces that wrap them. Your work goes directly to enterprise clients in 4 to 8 week delivery cycles.

You will work directly with our Head of AI (Souvik), Head of Delivery (Aditya), and the founder (Simo). Decisions about architecture, tooling, and client deliverables happen in small rooms with short loops. Your contribution will be visible from day one.

This is not a research role. This is not a prompt-engineering role. This is a builder role for engineers who want to ship production AI to clients who pay for outcomes.

WHAT YOU WILL BUILD

•     Multi-agent systems for pharma medical reps, government call centers, and enterprise knowledge bases

•     Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines with hybrid search, reranking, and grounded citations

•     Real-time voice agents using Vapi, Retell, ElevenLabs, Cartesia, and similar tooling

•     Full-stack web applications wrapping AI systems, with React or Next.js front ends and Python back ends

•     Production observability, evaluation, and guardrails for AI systems serving real users

•     AllysOS: our internal platform for deploying and operating AI agents at enterprise scale

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

•     2 to 6 years of software engineering experience, with at least 1 year shipping AI/LLM-powered production systems

•     Strong Python with FastAPI, plus comfort with React or Next.js front-end work

•     Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent agent orchestration frameworks

•     Real production RAG implementation: chunking strategy decisions, vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, Milvus, Chroma), embedding strategies

•     Daily user of Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent AI-augmented development tools. We move at AI-augmented velocity

•     Comfortable owning a feature end-to-end: from architecture to deployment to client-facing iteration

•     Strong written and spoken English. Direct communication, no hand-waving

•     Pragmatic engineering instincts: you choose the right tool for the job, not the trendy one

BONUS SIGNALS

•     Arabic language fluency, particularly for our MENA enterprise client work

•     Voice AI production experience (Vapi, Retell, LiveKit, ElevenLabs, Twilio)

•     Multi-tenant architecture experience for enterprise SaaS

•     Real evaluation framework experience (RAGAS, LLM-as-Judge, LangFuse, DeepEval)

•     MCP (Model Context Protocol) implementation in production

•     Knowledge graph experience (Neo4j, graph-RAG patterns)
