Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer to join our team remotely and support the development of high-performance business intelligence and reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Build advanced filtering, slicing, and drill-down functionalities.
- Optimize dashboard performance for large datasets (50,000+ records).
- Customize standard Power BI visuals and, where required, design and implement custom visuals.
- Develop robust data models using star and snowflake schema principles.
- Create and optimize DAX measures, KPIs, and calculations.
- Work with SQL and relational databases to prepare performant datasets.
- Collaborate with backend and business teams on data integration and reporting requirements.
- Document dashboards, data models, and technical solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or reporting solution development.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Customize standard Power BI visuals and, where required, design and implement custom visuals.
- DAX.
- SQL.
- Data modelling.
- Power BI optimization techniques.
- Experience with large and complex datasets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
