Senior AI/ML Developer Specialist

This role is focused on designing and delivering end-to-end artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions in a highly innovative, AI-driven environment. You will work on building scalable architectures that support both classical ML and cutting-edge Generative AI use cases. The position involves developing, training, and operationalizing models, including large language models, while ensuring performance, security, and scalability. You will contribute to the creation of robust data and ML pipelines, as well as the deployment of intelligent services in production environments. Working closely with cross-functional teams across product, data, engineering, and security, you will help translate business needs into advanced AI solutions. This is a highly technical role with strong ownership across architecture, implementation, and MLOps practices in cloud-native ecosystems.

Accountabilities

Design, develop, and operationalize advanced AI and ML solutions, ensuring end-to-end delivery from architecture to production deployment.

• Build and implement scalable Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions, including LLM-based systems and intelligent workflows.
• Define and evolve secure, resilient, and high-performance AI architectures aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Develop, train, evaluate, and deploy ML models and LLMs in production environments.
• Create and maintain data pipelines, training workflows, and deployment pipelines for ML systems.
• Work with Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), autonomous agents, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Implement MLOps best practices, including versioning, monitoring, governance, and lifecycle management of models.
• Develop APIs, services, and automation components with a strong focus on quality and reliability.
• Operate in cloud environments (OCI and GCP), optimizing for cost, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with product and business goals.
• Provide technical guidance and contribute to strategic decisions for AI-driven initiatives.
  
  

Requirements

This role requires strong experience in Machine Learning engineering with deep exposure to production-grade AI systems and modern MLOps practices.

• Solid experience as a Senior ML Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong background in Machine Learning applied in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s) and Helm.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for ML and software systems.
• Strong software engineering background with scalable system design experience.
• Experience designing and implementing end-to-end AI/ML architectures.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as OCI and/or GCP.
• Practical experience with Generative AI and LLMs (OpenAI, Llama, Gemini, Claude, etc.).
• Experience with tools such as MLflow, Kedro, Apache Airflow or similar orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with RAG systems, autonomous agents, and LLM evaluation techniques.
• Knowledge of FinOps applied to AI workloads is a plus.
