Location: Shenzhen (Relocation required) | Hong Kong option for strong English speakers

Overview

Our client in the Crypto space is currently hiring a Technical Lead – Infrastructure to drive core platform and system architecture initiatives. This role requires deep technical fundamentals, hands-on capability, and proven leadership experience managing sizable engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of core infrastructure systems (mobile/platform level)
• Drive architectural decisions and technical strategy across projects
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers (10+ team size)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business scalability
• Champion engineering best practices, performance optimization, and system reliability

Requirements

• Strong background in infrastructure / platform engineering (mobile or backend systems)
• Open to candidates from business-side teams if willing to transition into infrastructure-focused work
• Experience in Android and/or iOS development, with strong computer science fundamentals
• Mandatory experience leveraging AI tools or technologies, with demonstrated curiosity or side projects in AI
• Proven leadership experience managing teams of at least 10 engineers
• Strong learning agility and problem-solving skills
• Mandarin required, English is a plus
• Prior experience in top-tier tech companies (ByteDance level 3-1 equivalent or above preferred)
