Looking for a Privacy Analyst for a client, that allows full remote. This role is responsible for supporting consumer privacy operations, managing privacy request workflows, and assisting with compliance initiatives related to evolving US state privacy laws. The ideal candidate will help drive privacy-by-design practices while supporting cross-functional privacy and compliance activities.
Job Duties
- Support consumer privacy operations with a focus on DSAR processing as well as compliance workflows
- Monitor and manage privacy request tracking, documentation, reporting, and issue resolution activities
- Assist with privacy reviews, DPIAs, and privacy risk assessments across products and business processes
- Collaborate with Legal, Security, IT, Product, and business teams to support privacy compliance requirements
- Identify, document, and track privacy risks related to applications, systems, and operational processes
- Support supplier privacy assessments, audits, and compliance questionnaires
- Create and maintain privacy documentation, training materials, job aids, and process guides
- Research privacy regulations and provide recommendations for process improvements and workflow enhancements

Skills & Experience
Required
- 2–4 years of experience in privacy, compliance, data governance, information security, or related fields
- Experience supporting DSAR or consumer privacy request processes
- Knowledge of privacy regulations including CCPA and other US state privacy laws
- Experience translating privacy requirements into business or operational processes
- Experience working with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security, or related field preferred
