Senior Recruiter / Senior Recruitment Consultant (Internal Role)

Looking for Philippines-based candidates

Engagement Type: Independent Contractor Agreement

Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration. However, as a contractor, you'll have flexibility in managing your time.

This is a 100% remote role, allowing you to work from home while collaborating with a fast-paced, high-performing, and highly collaborative team.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Recruiter who can manage full-cycle recruitment from end to end across multiple industries and roles.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing client hiring projects, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring processes, and ensuring an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency-style environment, has strong stakeholder management skills, and takes ownership of recruitment delivery and outcomes.

  • End-to-End Recruitment Management
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across assigned projects
  • Handle sourcing, screening, interviewing, endorsement, and offer management
  • Ensure timely and high-quality candidate delivery aligned with client expectations
  • Drive recruitment processes efficiently while maintaining strong candidate experience
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, referrals, and proactive outreach
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for active and future hiring needs
  • Conduct market mapping and talent research when needed
  • Conduct thorough video interviews
  • Evaluate candidates based on technical fit, communication skills, culture fit, and client requirements
  • Prepare high-quality candidate profiles and endorsements
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned recruitment projects
  • Provide regular hiring updates, market insights, and recruitment recommendations
  • Manage client expectations, timelines, and hiring challenges proactively
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline updates within Workable and other recruitment platforms
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback collection, and offer processes
  • Ensure compliance with internal recruitment standards and processes
  • Collaborate closely with fellow recruiters and leadership on delivery strategies
  • Support the team through guidance and best practice sharing when needed
  • Contribute ideas to improve recruitment workflows, systems, and overall team performance
  • Consistently achieve recruitment KPIs and project delivery targets
  • Maintain strong responsiveness and turnaround times
  • Identify bottlenecks and proactively recommend solutions


Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within an agency or fast-paced recruitment environment
  • Strong experience handling global or offshore recruitment projects, particularly for AU, US, or international clients
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities across various platforms
  • Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, Indeed, or similar ATS tools
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote setup
  • Leadership or mentoring experience is a strong advantage


Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of recruitment experience
  • Experience recruiting across remote, technical, corporate, and professional services roles
  • Experience working with Australian clients or within Australian recruitment is highly preferred
  • Background in agency recruitment or RPO environments is highly desirable
  • Proven track record of successful placements and client management
