We’re looking for a highly skilled Systems Engineer to join our team and help design, implement, and maintain scalable, reliable IT systems in a fully remote environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative setting, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and is passionate about delivering modern workplace solutions using the Microsoft technology stack.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain IT infrastructure across cloud and on-prem environments
- Administer and optimize Microsoft-based systems and services
- Manage endpoint environments and device lifecycle using modern management tools
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system, endpoint, and identity issues
- Automate processes to improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Security, Cloud, and Support
- Maintain system documentation, configurations, and best practices

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Technology Stack
- Hands-on expertise in: Active Directory (AD), SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager), Microsoft Intune, OneDrive (administration and support)
- Experience managing endpoint devices and user environments
- Solid knowledge of Windows Server and Windows OS environments
- Understanding of identity and access management
- Experience working in a remote or distributed IT environment
